Medication Refills
Allow up to 3 business days for non‑controlled medication refills; 5 days for controlled substances. Refills are not provided outside business hours or on weekends/holidays. File closure occurs after 90 days of inactivity.
No‑Show, Late Cancellation & Late Arrival
Cancellations made within 24–48 business hours (excl. weekends/holidays): no penalty
Late cancellations or no-shows: full appointment fee charged, non-refundable
Arriving >10 minutes late: appointment may be rescheduled; fee still applies
Initial evaluation fees must be prepaid and are non-refundable if missed
Insurance & Payment
We are in-network with Aetna, United HealthCare, Tufts Health Plan, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Mass General Brigham, Cigna, BCBS MA, and Allways Health Partners. We are considered out-of-network for all other plans. Clients paying cash must pay in full at the time of service.
Patient Responsibility
You are responsible for scheduling follow-ups and disclosing all medications (including OTC and supplements) to avoid interactions and legal issues.
